Welcome to the Registration for the Dublin High School Swim & Dive Team. 

Complete before the start of the 2021 swim and dive season.

Parent Driver Clearance

Have you or your parent (if being filled out by swimmer) been cleared to drive other athlete's than their own children through Student Activities? *

Student Driver Clearance

​Have you or your athlete (if being filled out by parent) been cleared to drive themselves to competitions through Student Activities? And have acknowledged the driving requirements such as: in order to drive to swim and dive competitions athletes can only drive themselves and must have a signed parent's note. *

What size shirt does your swimmer or diver wear (if you have more than one swimmer or diver with different sizes select other and input their sizes)? *

Team Expectations

Academic Expectations

Same as those outlined by the Dublin High School Athletic Department; which are as follows:

  • Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA
  • Must not have more than 1 “F” in any of their classes at the end of the grading period


Practice Expectations

All Junior Varsity athletes must attend 100% of practices throughout the course of the season.

  • If a junior varsity athlete does not meet these expectations they may be withheld from meet(s) and potentially removed from the team.

All Varsity athletes must attend 100% of practices throughout the course of the season.

  • If a varsity athletes does not meet these expectations they may be moved to junior varsity and compete with them until they can demonstrate consistency in their daily participation. If participation does not improve they may be withheld from meets and potentially removed from the team.

For club swimmers - Mandatory meetings at lunch as scheduled by the coaches.

  • If a club swimmer does not attend these weekly meetings they may be withheld from a meet or, if on varsity, moved to junior varsity. If weekly attendance does not improve the club swimmer may be removed from the team.

Athletic Clearance Packet

In order to participate on the Dublin High School Swim and Dive team, an athlete's Athletic Clearance packet has to be completed and turned into Student Activities with a current hardcopy physical. If a previous sport has been played, within the school year, the Athletic Clearance packet has to be transferred from that sport to Swim & Dive. Donation

Do not forget to make your donation after completion of this registration. Even though it will give you a $0.00 due at the end of this registration and send a $0.00 due in a confirmation email we cannot have a swim and dive team without donations from the participating families.
