Every year these times can be achieved only during the season at high school sanctioned dual meets and invitationals. Each year only top 100 athletes will be recognized.

Requirements:
1. Complete at least 7 semesters or 11 trimesters
2. Have a NISCA weighted GPA of 3.75 or higher
